NOVELTY - A single-layer graphene/aluminum composite material is prepared by (A) preparing single layer graphene dispersion, (B) preparing single layer graphene/aluminum composite powder, (C) quick sintering preparing single layer graphene/aluminum preform, and (D) smelting pure aluminum block or aluminum alloy block at 720-760 degrees C, raising temperature to 760-800 degrees C to obtain the single layer graphene/aluminum preform with aluminum liquid, stirring, and casting into ingot. USE - Method for preparing single-layer graphene/aluminum composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple production process. It can also realize industrial production. The prepared composite material has uniform components and high strength and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Single-layer graphene/aluminum composite material is prepared by (A) preparing single layer graphene dispersion, (B) preparing single layer graphene/aluminum composite powder, (C) quick sintering preparing single layer graphene/aluminum preform, and (D) smelting pure aluminum block or aluminum alloy block at 720-760 degrees C, raising temperature to 760-800 degrees C to obtain the single layer graphene/aluminum preform with aluminum liquid, stirring to make single-layer graphene/aluminum preform melting dispersed in aluminum liquid under stirring speed of 100-300 revolutions/minute, casting into ingot, and obtaining single-layer graphene/aluminum composite material by hot extrusion. The step (A) comprises putting single-layer graphene powder into anhydrous ethanol, performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain 0.5-2 mass% single layer graphene dispersion liquid. The step (B) comprises adding aluminum powder into single layer graphene dispersion liquid to obtain the single layer graphene dispersion liquid, under the protection of argon gas, mixing and milling for 6-12 hours, milling at 200-400 revolutions/minute, and drying in vacuum to obtain monolayer graphene/aluminum composite powder. The step (C) comprises discharge plasma sintering single layer graphene/aluminum composite powder to prepare single-layer graphene/aluminum pre-fabricated body.
