NOVELTY - Producing graphene electrothermal film involves preparing of graphene slurry, weighing 40-60 pts. wt. graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. conductive carbon powder, 10-16 pts. wt. metal mixture, 30-40 pts. wt. nano-polymer material, 30-40 pts. wt. far infrared inorganic nano-powder, 40-50 pts. wt. resin, 30-50 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water, raw materials are ground, dispersing, filtering and mixing to prepare hot slurry for use, substrate selection, selecting environmentally friendly polyester substrate, cleaning surface of polyester substrate, then use static elimination instrument to eliminate static treatment of surface of polyester substrate, using corona machine to converge surface of ester substrate is subjecting to corona treatment and use, coating, drying, placing polyester substrate prepared on automatic high-precision coating machine. USE - Method for producing graphene electrothermal film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene electrothermal film that has good film forming effect, strong bonding force, elasticity, and increases quality of product. The environmentally-friendly polyester substrate treated is again subjected to static elimination treatment, and thickness of the environmentally-friendly polyester substrate coated with the mixed solution is detected by infrared rays to determine whether standard is met, and then environmentally-friendly polyester is detected again. The resistance of substrate meet standard and whether there is flaw on surface, then reject defective product and retain qualified environmentally friendly polyester substrate, press current-carrying strip, coating surface of qualified environmentally-friendly polyester substrate prepared with graphene conductive adhesive, after coating, two sides of polyester substrate are pressed and flow-carrying, and then translated, drying mechanism perform drying. The drying mechanism has same structure as drying mechanism. The resistance value is detected, polyester substrate prepared is subjected to resistance detection, defective product is removed, and qualified polyester substrate is retained. The surface of qualified polyester substrate is sprayed, and the polyester substrate after printing is dried again, dried and then cut into respective shapes according to requirements to obtain graphene electric heating film.
