NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene slurry involves (s1) feeding graphene into a silane coupling agent, adding an acetone solvent, stirring at 100-200 rpm for 10-20 minutes and adjusting, adding a resin emulsion, continuing stirring for 15-25 minutes, washing and drying, (s2) adding dimethyl fumarate into methanol, adding a polyisobutyl methacrylate solution, modified nanoparticles, stirring for 10-20 minutes at 500-1000 rpm, and obtaining an interface agent, (s3) adding acrylic emulsion into silicone resin, stirring at a low speed of 100-200 rpm for 10-20 minutes, adding mullite powder for hybridization at 500-600 rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain three-dimensional reticular emulsion, and (s4) blending organically treated graphene, interfacial agent and three-dimensional reticular emulsion, adding cross-linking agent, and irradiating for 10-20 minutes. USE - Preparation of graphene slurry used in energy storage material, environmental engineering applications and ensor applications. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the organic affinity and improves the interface compatibility of the slurry by using raw materials such as dimethyl fumarate. The graphene and bentonite have a lamellar structure, inserting into the reticular component to improve the stability, further hybridizing by mullite improves organic and dual properties of graphene.
