NOVELTY - The optical film comprises light transmissive substrate, and an anti-glare layer has carbon-based fine particles has one selected from the group consisting of binder resins, graphene and graphene derivatives, and organic polymer fine particles. The organic polymer fine particles are polystyrene, polymethyl methacrylate, polymethyl acrylate, polyacrylate, polyacrylate-co-styrene, polymethylacrylate-co-styrene, polymethyl methacrylate -co-styrene, polycarbonate, polyvinyl chloride, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide type, polyimide type, polysulfone, polyphenylene oxide, polyacetal, epoxy resin, phenol resin, silicone resin. USE - Optical film such as as a polarizer protective film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Optical film exhibits excellent optical properties such as low gloss, high contrast ratio, excellent acidity and excellent anti-glare properties, excellent optical properties such as scratch resistance and contamination resistance, optical films, polarizing plates including the optical films, and is possible to provide a display device including the optical film.
