▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The invention claims a terahertz wave converter based on graphene super-surface. The converter through flexible control of the graphene Fermi level, can realize the fast conversion from 90 % to 10 % of the transmittance from 90 % to 10 % in the fixed frequency point of the terahertz wave under the condition of setting the external bias.
