NOVELTY - Composite plastic based on long afterglow material comprises 50-60 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, 15-25 pts. dispersing agent, 6-18 pts. crystal whisker improved additive, 1-5 pts. long-afterglow material, 2-6 pts. transparent agent and 1- 5 pts. compatibilizer. USE - Composite plastic based on long afterglow material used in household appliances and low-voltage appliances. ADVANTAGE - The composite plastic based on long afterglow material enhances the mechanical property and long after-glow performance of the product;,adding the dispersion modified agent, further improves the performance effect of product, the raw materials are matched with each other, and the coordination type improves the mechanical and after glow performance of product. The high surface area of silicon dioxide plays a role of bearing, titanium dioxide has the function of inducing excitation and the needle-shaped structure of mullite has the reinforcing effect, by the matching of the powder adjusting agent, the luminescence continuity of product is enhanced.
