NOVELTY - Heavy anticorrosive sealant containing graphene comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) is polysulfide comprising liquid polysulfide rubber, modified graphene, filler, plasticizer and coupling agent. The component B is vulcanized cream comprising vulcanizing agent, plasticizer, accelerator and sulfur resistance agent. The modified graphene is graphene oxide processed with silane coupling agent. The modified graphene is obtained by dissolving silane coupling agent in aqueous ethanol solution, then adding graphene oxide and stirring. USE - Heavy anticorrosive sealant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sealant containing graphene has excellent anticorrosive properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Heavy anticorrosive sealant containing graphene comprises component (A) and component (B) in weight ratio of 100:8-12. The component (A) is polysulfide comprising balance amount of liquid polysulfide rubber, 0.1-3 wt.% modified graphene, 20-50 wt.% filler, 1-5 wt.% plasticizer and 0-5 wt.% coupling agent. The component B is vulcanized cream comprising 30-60 wt.% vulcanizing agent, balance amount of plasticizer, 0.5-5 wt.% accelerator and 0.5-5 wt.% sulfur resistance agent. The liquid polysulfide rubber is of formula (I), and has molecular weight of 1000-7000, crosslinking degree of 0-2% and thio group content of 1-3.5%. The modified graphene is 5-20 wt.% graphene oxide processed with silane coupling agent. The modified graphene is obtained by dissolving silane coupling agent in 100 ml, 95% aqueous ethanol solution, then adding graphene oxide and stirring at 70 degrees C for 2-4 hours, filtering, drying the filtrate in drying box at 120 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain modified product, and reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours. The silane coupling agent is epoxy, amino or mercapto type silane coupling agent in mass ratio of 1:1. The filler is heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, fumed silica, precipitated silica, titanium dioxide, talc and/or kaolin. The plasticizer is phthalic acid substance, chlorinated paraffin and/or phosphate. The coupling agent is silane coupling agent. The vulcanizing agent is manganese dioxide, lead dioxide, calcium peroxide and/or potassium permanganate. The accelerator is diphenylguanidine, tetramethylthiuram disulfide and/or zinc di-n-butyl dithiocarbamate. The sulfur-resistance agent is acidic substance.
