▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The membrane has a coating layer formed with nanoporouscarbon that is formed with graphene oxide. 3-50 micrometer size of the graphene oxide is coated on a supporter. Thickness of the supporter is 10 nm. The supporter is selected from a group of polymer, ceramics, glass, paper and metallic layer. The metallic layer is made of metal foil, metal sheet and metallic film. Material of the metallic layer is selected from copper, nickel, iron, aluminum and titanium. Graphene oxide is inserted within polyethylene glycolarylate and polyethylene glycoldimethacrylate polymer of a structure. USE - Gas barrier property graphene oxide nano-composite membrane for a display device, a food packing paper and a medicine package paper (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane is coated with the thin film of the nanoscale that is formed on the supporter so as to control size of the graphene oxide, simplify a structure with the graphene oxide and enhance polymer and various gases of cutting-off characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The polymer is selected from polyester, polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, polyacrylate, polycarbonate, poly package fluoro ethylene, polysulfone, polyethersulfone, polyimide, polyether imide, polyamide, polyacrylonitrile, cellulose acetate, cellulose triacetate and polyvinylidene fluoride. The ceramics are selected from the alumina, magnesia, zirconia, silicon carbide, tungsten carbide and silicon nitride. The graphene oxide is selected from hydroxyl radical, carboxyl group, carbonyl radical, epoxy group, ester group, other group, amide group and amino group. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a gas barrier property graphene oxide nanocomposite membrane manufacturing method.
