NOVELTY - Anti-aging modified plastic is obtained by melt blending and extruding acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and graphene/polyamide 6 nanocomposite in a mass ratio of 0.1-1:100. The acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastic is prepared through premixing butadiene styrene plastic, graphene/polyamide-6 nanocomposite and compatibilizer acrylonitrile butadiene styrene-g-polypropylene in a weight ratio of 30-50:45-60:5-15 in a mixer to obtain uniformly mixed premix. A single screw extruder is used to melt, blend, extrude, cool and pelletize under conditions of a processing temperature at 230-250 degrees C at a rotation speed of 200-250 revolutions per minute to obtain the acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastic. USE - Anti-aging modified plastic. ADVANTAGE - The anti-aging modified plastic is convenient for operation and utilization and has a wide range of applications.
