▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Material comprises zinc acetate dihydrate (Zn(Ac)2.2H2O), indium nitrate (In(NO3)3), cadmium acetate dihydrate (Cd(Ac)2.2H2O), rare earth compound, graphene oxide solution, and thioacetamide. It is formed by irregular particle accumulation and has particle size of 10-30 nm and specific surface area of 400-600 m2/g. USE - The material is used for preparation of clean hydrogen energy. It is used for photodecomposition of water to prepare hydrogen under visible light. (all claimed) ADVANTAGE - The material achieves stable hydrogen production under the action of visible light and has very good industrial application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of material comprising adding Zn(Ac)2.2H2O, In(NO3)3, and rare earth compound to alcohol solution, stirring at 60-90 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, adding thioacetamide, continuously stirring for 1-3 hours, under continuous stirring condition, adding graphene oxide solution, stirring for 30-60 minutes, transferring the obtained mixture into a reaction kettle, reacting at 120-200 degrees C for 12-24 hours, stopping the reaction, cooling the reaction kettle to room temperature, washing with water until neutral, obtaining product A, adding In(NO3)3, Cd(Ac)2.2H2O, and rare earth compound to alcohol solution, stirring at 60-90 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, adding thioacetamide, continuously stirring for 1-3 hours, under continuous stirring condition, adding graphene oxide solution, stirring for 30-60 minutes, transferring the obtained mixture in a reaction kettle, reacting at 120-200 degrees C for 12-24 hours, stopping the reaction, cooling the reaction kettle to room temperature, washing with water until neutral to obtain product B, adding product A and product B at 2:1-1:2 mass ratio in a reaction container, ball milling using absolute ethyl alcohol as ball-grinding medium and silicon nitride ball, mixing for 8-24 hours, drying at 100 degrees C and obtaining the product.
