NOVELTY - Antistatic film comprises 5-10 pts. wt. polyvinylchloride, 4-8 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 5-9 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-23 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 3-8 pts. wt. polyterephthalicacid diethyl, 12-17 pts. wt. de-ionized water, 8-15 pts. wt. polyurethane, 7-12 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3.5-6.5 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene alkyl phenol ether, and 15-20 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. USE - Used as antistatic film. ADVANTAGE - The film increase antistatic effect, has strong stability, increases the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and polyoxyethylene alkyl phenol ether, enhances the tear resistance and wear resistance, and improves the service life of the antistatic film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antistatic film comprises 5-10 pts. wt. polyvinylchloride, 4-8 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 5-9 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-23 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 3-8 pts. wt. poly terephthalicacid diethyl, 12-17 pts. wt. de-ionized water, 8-15 pts. wt. polyurethane, 7-12 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3.5-6.5 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene alkyl phenol ether, and 15-20 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The preparation method comprises firstly adding the graphene oxide and de-ionized water into the mixer, and stirring for 8-12 minutes at stirring speed of 10-15 revolutions/minute to prepare graphene solution, adding acrylic acid, epoxy resin, polyurethane and graphene solution for mixing and suspending polycondensation for 3-6 hours, adding polyvinyl chloride in the mixer, polyethylene terephthalate, and stirring for 12-17 minutes at a stirring speed of 15-22 revolutions/minute, and heating the material in the mixer, the heating temperature is 120-150 degrees C, adding the polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, epoxy resin, polycarbonate into the mixer, and stirring 30-36 minutes the stirring speed of 30-42 revolutions/minute to obtain the anti-static film gel, drying and heating the anti-static film gel for 3 times to 7 times by drying and heating at 50-80 degrees C, thermally shaping and rolling at 170-250 degrees C.
