▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electrochemical synthesis method of adipate involves using carbon material as a cathode and electrolyte comprising 0.025-5 mol/L acrylate, 0.1-0.5 mol/L quaternary ammonium salt, 0-10 vol.% water and balance of organic solvents, and electrolyzing at 15-40degrees Celsius, cathode voltage of (-2)-(-10) V relative to the reference electrode and current density of 5-50 mA.cm-2. USE - Electrochemical synthesis method of adipic acid ester used as monomer for producing nylon-66, polyurethane, medicine and dye. ADVANTAGE - The method uses organic solvent and little water as mixed solvent, which effectively avoids the acrylate free radical anion protonation side reaction, the current efficiency is improved; at the same time, it uses cheap raw material, simple device, electrode material without pollution, target product adipate current efficiency, and can be electrically catalyzed and oxidized in the anode series glycerol.
