NOVELTY - Preparing silicon oxide negative polepiece comprises (i) uniformly mixing the surface carboxylated graphene oxide solution with the volume ratio of 1:1-10:1 and the metal ion solution, transferring to the polytetrafluoroethylene reaction kettle, reacting for 6-24 hours at 160-220degrees Celsius, centrifugally separating and repeatedly washing to obtain the MO/RGO composite material, (ii) fully mixing silicon oxide active material, conductive agent, bonding agent and metal oxide-reduced graphene oxide (MO/RGO) composite material additive and reagent for 2-12 hours to form viscous mixture slurry, uniformly coating on the surface of the copper foil, and respectively 50-80degrees Celsius blast drying for 20-60 minutes and 100-140degrees Celsius, and vacuum drying for 8-24 hours. USE - Preparation method of silicon oxide cathode pole piece for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The silicon oxide cathode pole piece shows excellent performance after assembling into power, the first coulomb efficiency and cycle stability are greatly improved.
