▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based wear-resistant additive comprises (1) first mixing the graphene oxide dispersion with the nano calcium carbonate microspheres, and performing wet grinding to adsorb the graphene oxide on the surface of the nano calcium carbonate and drying to obtain graphene oxide/calcium carbonate particles, (2) first adding a rod-shaped nanocellulose colloidal solution to the graphene oxide/calcium carbonate particles prepared in the step (1), and then continuously adding hydrazine hydrate and ascorbic acid to reduce graphene oxide to graphene, and heating to make the rod-shaped nano cellulose is self-assembled on the surface of the nano calcium carbonate microspheres, and spray drying to obtain graphene/rod nanocellulose/calcium carbonate particles, (3) washing and drying to obtain a graphene-based wear-resistant additive for a wear-resistant lubricating oil. USE - The graphene-based wear-resistant additive is useful for lubricating oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The additive improves good dispersibility and wear resistance and lubricity of lubricating oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-based wear-resistant additive by above mentioned method.
