NOVELTY - Graphene super anticorrosive powder coating comprises 35-45 pts. wt. polyphenol type glycidol ether epoxy resin, 25-35 pts. wt. hydantoin epoxy resin, 10-12 pts. wt. graphite particles, 15-18 pts. wt. glass micro-balloon, 2-3 pts. wt. 2-methyl imidazole, 8-10 pts. wt. mica powder, 2 pts. wt. flatting agent, 5-8 pts. wt. iron oxide red and 0.5 pts. wt. benzoin. USE - Used as graphene super-corrosion powder coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene anticorrosive powder coating, comprising (i) taking raw material, (ii) placing the raw material prepared in step (i) into amixer Mosecla jar, pre-mixing, where the mixing time is 2 minutes in low speed, the mixing time is 6 minutes in high speed, the low speed is 110 revolutions/minute and the high speed is 320 revolutions/minutes, (iii) mixing the mixed material obtained in step (ii), placing into a ultrasonic extruder and extruding, (iv) sending the extruded mixture into a tableting machine for compression, cooling and crushing to obtain a large particle mixture, (v) placing the large particle mixture into a crusher and crushing to obtain the powder, (vi) adding the powder obtained in step (v) into the sieving machine and sieving to obtain graphene product and (vii) packaging the finished graphene super-corrosion powder coating.
