▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene and rare earth strengthened cast aluminum-silicon alloy comprises 6.5-7 %mass silicon, 0.3-0.5 %mass graphene, 0.3-0.4 %mass magnesium, 0.3-0.5 %mass cerium, 0.08-0.2 %mass titanium, less than or equal to 0.7 %mass other impurities and balance amount of aluminum, where the sum of components is 100%. The graphene is used to improve the strength and the conductivity of the aluminum-silicon alloy. The cerium is used to improve the defects caused by the lack of fluidity in the cast aluminum-silicon alloy due to the addition of graphene. The cast aluminum-silicon alloy needs to be used in cooperation with the following heat treatment process, which involves heating at a temperature of 525 plus minus 5 degrees C for 5-7 hours, carrying out solid solution treatment with water cooling at 85-95 degrees C, then aging heat treatment at 180 plus minus 5 degrees C for 8-10 hours, and performing air cooling. USE - Graphene and rare earth strengthened cast aluminum-silicon alloy. ADVANTAGE - The graphene and rare earth strengthened cast aluminum-silicon alloy: has high strength and conductivity, and good casting formability; and is a high-quality ultra-high-voltage electrical material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene and rare earth strengthened cast aluminum-silicon alloy.
