NOVELTY - Polyamide foaming material comprises 100pts. wt. polyamide materials, 0.01-10 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 0.1-20 pts. wt. foaming agent, where the polyamide material comprises long carbon chain polyamide and the multi-block copolymer composed of long carbon chain polyamide, the water content of the polyamide material is 0.2-2 wt.%, and the long carbon chain polyamide comprises polyamide-610, polyamide-612, polyamide-13, polyamide-1313, polyamide-1012, polyamide-12, and/or polyamide-1212, and the multi-block copolymer composed of the long carbon chain polyamide compisres polyamide-12-polyether multi-block copolymer, polyamide-12-polyester multi-block copolymer, polyamide-1012-polyether multiblock copolymer, polyamide-1012-polyester multiblock copolymer, polyamide-1212-polyether multiblock copolymer, and/or polyamide-1212-polyester multiblock copolymer. USE - Polyamide foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The polyamide foaming material has high melt strength and good mechanical property, and can be prepared in simple and convenient manner without adding cross-agent and chain extender. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the polyamide foam material, involving (a)mixing the polyamide material with the nucleating agent, adding to the extrusion device, and melting to form a hot melt, and (b) adding the foaming agent to the hot melt, evenly mixing, extruding, and foaming at the die to obtain the polyamide foamed material.
