NOVELTY - Silicone synthetic leather comprises a base layer coated with a synthetic leather slurry. The synthetic leather slurry comprises 3-5 pts. wt. phenyl vinyl silicone resin, 10-12 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 1-3 pts. wt. vinyl fluorine silicone oil, 1-2 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.01-0.03 pts. wt. polymerization inhibitor, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. platinum catalyst and 2-6 pts. wt. low temperature toughening agent. The low temperature toughening agent comprises 3-5 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-2 pts. wt. polyaryletherketone, 1.5-3 pts. wt. nano boehmite powder and 5-8 pts. wt. ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene USE - The silicone synthetic leather is useful for ship and yacht furniture decoration. ADVANTAGE - The silicone synthetic leather has good bending performance at low temperature, hydrophobicity, air permeability, seawater corrosion resistance, and high bonding strength with the base layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing silicone synthetic leather, comprising (i) kneading phenyl vinyl silicone resin, vinyl silicone oil, vinyl fluorine silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, silane coupling agent, polymerization inhibitor, platinum catalyst and low temperature toughening agent uniformly to prepare synthetic leather the slurry; and (ii) costing synthetic leather the slurry on release paper, compounding with the base layer, vulcanizing and peeling off the release paper.
