NOVELTY - The sensor has a ceramic base body (1) provided with a set of inter-digital gold electrodes. A lead is connected with the inter-digital golden electrodes. An inter-digital electrode surface of the ceramic base body is coated with a sensitive film (3). The sensitive film is nanocomposite of graphene and tin dioxide. USE - Graphite alkene/tin dioxide nanocomposite resistance-type thin film gas sensor for detecting room temperature and controlling ammonia concentration in industrial and agricultural production process. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high response sensitivity and better recovery function. The sensor can advance the adsorption and diffusion element so as to improve room temperature gas sensitive response sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphite alkene/tin dioxide nano-composite resistance-type thin film gas sensor preparing method.
