NOVELTY - Printing ink comprises 0.01-40wt.% graphene, 5-50wt.% oligomers, 20-80wt.% monomer, 0.1-25wt.% photoinitiator, 0-20wt.% additive. The oligomer is polyester (meth) acrylate and monomer is a (meth) acrylate. USE - Printing ink. ADVANTAGE - Printing ink imparts excellent conductive properties to the cured coating layer by the graphene component, has good flexibility, good adhesiveness, weathering resistance to yellowing and has high refractive index, has good performance and by controlling the monomer and oligomer ratio, good dispersion of graphene is ensured to maintain the state. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing printing ink, which involves: (A) subjecting the raw materials to stirring and mixing in a reaction vessel at a predetermined stirring speed and filtering to form a graphene primary dispersion; (B) performing vacuum degassing of initial dispersion of graphene at room temperature; and (C) distilling the graphene dispersion after vacuum degassing to form graphene rubber compound dispersion and nano-graphene rubber compound dispersion and forming printing ink.
