▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A modified graphene/bismaleimide resin composite material as a black solid two-phase structure comprises bismaleimide resin matrix; and modified black graphene in tetrahydrofuran solvent uniformly dispersed in the bismaleimide resin matrix. The amount of modified black graphene in the composite material is 0.1-0.5 wt.%. The modified black graphene has a thickness of 1-1.5 nm; and has particle size of 0.5-1 mu m. USE - As modified graphene/bismaleimide resin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene/bismaleimide resin composite material has impact strength value of 19.557 to 26.171 KJ/m2 compared with the original bis maleimide resin toughening value of 3.67-38.74%. The modified graphene/bismaleimide resin composite material provides improved toughness and good performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the modified graphene/bismaleimide resin composite material involving preparing graphite oxide; preparing modified graphene; and preparing modified graphene/bismaleimide resin composite material: selecting the tetrahydrofuran solution of modified graphene, adding it the diallyl bisphenol A, ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 hours, magnetic stirring, vacuum evacuation of tetrahydrofuran under stirring, increasing temperature from room temperature to 140 degrees C until bubble is completely removed; adding bismaleimide resin powder, where weight ratio of the diallyl bisphenol A and bismaleimide resin powder is 1:1; magnetic stirring at 140 degrees C for 0.5-1 hours; injecting obtained liquid into mold at 140 degrees C; curing at 180 degrees C for 3 hours, 220 degrees C for 2 hours, and 250 degrees C for 3 hours; cooling to room temperature; and then demolding to obtain modified graphene/bismaleimide resin composite material.
