DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of graphene and nano-silver composite material, which comprises: a. reacting the graphene oxide with the secondary oxidant to obtain modified graphene oxide; b. reacting the modified graphene oxide with dithio ester compound to obtain graphene oxide chain transfer agent; c. performing controllable polymerization by RAFT, adding the monomer or small molecular chain to the graphene oxide chain transfer agent to react obtaining grafted graphene oxide and; d. mixing the grafted graphene oxide with the excess silver salt solution to obtain the chemically bonded graphene oxide nano-silver.
