NOVELTY - Anti-cracking concrete comprises 200-300 pts. wt. silicate cement, 1000-1400 pts. wt. sand, 20-40 pts. wt. organic amine modified bentonite, 30-50 pts. wt. H-series silica fume, 15-25 pts. wt. dispersible latex powder, 6-10 pts. wt. reinforced fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. aminated graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. polycarboxylate water reducing agent, 5-10 pts. wt. micronized amide wax thixotropic agent, and 150-200 pts. wt. water. The reinforcing fiber is polypropylene fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber and/or carbon fiber. USE - Anti-cracking concrete. ADVANTAGE - The anti-cracking concrete improves bonding between polymer reinforced fiber and concrete base body, reduces tilting or peeling degree of concrete surface, and improves strength and anti-cracking performance of concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of anti-cracking concrete uniformly stirring silicate cement, sand, pumice, and water; adding polycarboxylate water reducing agent, organic amine modified bentonite, H-series silica fume, micronized amide wax thixotropic agent, dispersible latex powder, aminated graphene, and reinforcing fiber; and continuously and uniformly stirring to obtain anti-crack concrete.
