NOVELTY - A flame resistant and thermally conductive composite material comprises 0.5-5 wt.% flame retardant graphene, 10-70 wt.% thermally conductive filler and epoxy resin substrate; where flame retardant graphene is reduced graphene oxide or organic flame retardant-modified reduced grained graphene; and thermally conductive filler is micron-sized thermally conductive filler. USE - Flame resistant and thermally conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flame resistant and thermally conductive composite material comprising taking flame retardant graphene and epoxy resin prepolymer, stirring and mixing, adding thermally conductive filler, stirring and mixing, vacuuming, adding curing agent, and heating and curing.
