▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing of polypropylene/polyethylene low-melting composite fiber, comprises (i) blending and granulating polyethylene particles and graphene in screw extruder to obtain modified polyethylene particles, and adding into screw extruder for melt extrusion, (ii) feeding molten polypropylene and modified polyethylene into concentric sheath-core spinneret by screw extruder and extruding, and the core layer is polypropylene and the sheath layer is modified polyethylene low-melting composite fiber, (iii) cooling and shaping composite fiber by side blowing, winding temperature is 13-15 degrees C at a wind speed of 1-1.4 m/s, and wind humidity is 80-90%, and cooling blowing position is 40-60 cm below spinneret, (iv) winding, stretching, crimping, drying and setting cooled composite fiber, where stretching ratio is 4 times, and number of crimps is 13-15/2.5 cm, and drying at 105-115 degrees C, and (v) cutting composite fiber into segments with a length of 30-40 mm, and packaging with chemical fiber baler. USE - The method is useful for preparing of polypropylene/polyethylene low-melting composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the tensile strength of the composite fiber, so that the composite fiber is not easy to break, through two oiling, improves the flexibility and water repellency and air permeability of the composite fiber. The preparation device of the present invention stretches the composite fiber through multiple sets of stretching rollers to prevent the fiber from breaking due to excessive stretching ratio, the tensioning component prevents the fiber from falling off the roller or short jumping, and the winding mechanism enables the composite fiber to be evenly wound on the winding roller. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation device of polypropylene-polyethylene low melting point composite fiber.
