NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite material comprises e.g. (1) grinding the graphite oxide, mixing with diethylene glycol and sonicating, and (2) placing the solution of diethylene glycol containing zinc acetate in a container, adding solution of graphite diethylene glycol in dropwise manner into a diethylene glycol solution containing zinc acetate, and magnetically stirring the mixture, adding hydrochloric acid and distilled water in dropwise manner, then homogenizing, and stirring and continuously reacting to obtain a sol, allowed to stand to form a gel, aging for many days, washing and drying. USE - The graphene composite material is used as flexible plane radiating material. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively compound the heat transfer and improves the radiating performance, and which can meets the high power fields, and high integration system requirements of heat dissipation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene composite material comprises (1) grinding the graphite oxide, mixing with diethylene glycol and sonicating for 1 hour to obtain graphite oxide diethylene glycol dispersion, (2) placing the solution of diethylene glycol containing zinc acetate in a container, adding solution of graphite diethylene glycol in dropwise manner into a diethylene glycol solution containing zinc acetate, and magnetically stirring the mixture, adding hydrochloric acid and distilled water in dropwise manner, then homogenizing, where the ratio of the amount of substances in each substance is n (zinc acetate): n (diethylene glycol): n (water): n (hydrochloric acid) is 1:22:3:0.08, and stirring and continuously reacting to obtain a sol, allowed to stand to form a gel, aging for many days, washing and drying at 350-600 degrees C for 1-3 hours, and grinding to obtain graphene material; (3) using high temperature physical vapor transport (PVT) growth furnace, placing the graphite material into a graphite crucible, filling mixed gas of hydrogen and argon, heating to 1600-1700 degrees C and keeping the temperature for 30 minutes, (4) reducing the growth furnace temperature to 1000-1200 degrees C, and vacuumizing, and (5) introducing argon gas, under the atmosphere of argon heating to 1900-2000 degrees C, and then taking out, and cooling to obtain the graphene composite material.
