▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of heat-conducting biaxially oriented polypropylene films (BOPP film) involves reducing surface tension of system using ethanol, dispersing graphene, adding 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether and pyromellitic dianhydride to perform polycondensation reaction, mixing with aqueous polyurethane to obtain graphene/polyurethane composite dispersion liquid, cleaning BOPP film using deionized water and acetone to remove surface impurities, drying, immersing into ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, irradiating for 2-6 minutes using an ultraviolet high-pressure mercury lamp with light intensity of 8000-9000 μw/cm2, wavelength (λ) is 254 nm, soaking in water to obtain a surface activated BOPP membrane, spin-coating graphene/polyurethane composite dispersion liquid on surface of the surface-activated BOPP film using a glue homogenizing machine, drying with hot air, cleaning, and drying. USE - Preparation heat-conducting biaxially oriented polypropylene films (claimed) used for preparing high value-added functional films e.g. electrical films, microporous films, electronic, water treatment, and optical applications.
