NOVELTY - High-temperature resistant special polyester comprises 18-32 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 30-50 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester resin, 5-10 pts. wt. conditioner, 24-50 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 2-5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-5 pts. wt. inorganic filler, and 1-3 pts. wt. UV absorber. USE - High-temperature-resistant special polyester used in the fields of fiber fabrics, films, glue coating, and printing films (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The special polyester has strong hydrophilicity, excellent mechanical properties, has good thermal stability and antistatic ability, is especially suitable for the finishing of polyester fabrics, which improves flexibility and durability of the fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing special polyester, which involves: (A) weighing 18-32 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 30-50 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester resin, and 5-10 pts. wt. conditioning agent in parts by weight, 24-50 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 2-5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-5 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 1-3 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorber, waste rubber 3 -8 parts are added to the reaction kettle, nitrogen is introduced, under the protection of nitrogen, heating is stirred and heated, and reacted in the temperature range of 210-270?poC for 2-5 hours; and (B) stopping nitrogen flow, vacuumizing and heating up, continue the reaction within the temperature range of 260-320?poC for 1-3 hours, stop heating, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the product.
