▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Functional cement comprises cement powder, kaolin, lignin, acrylic polymer resin and graphene powder in form of nanoparticle. USE - Functional cement used for producing cement (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The functional cement improves durability and strength of cement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing functional cement, which involves: (A) preparing cement powder, kaolin, lignin, acrylic polymer resin, and graphene powder in form of nanoparticles; (B) mixing cement powder, kaolin, lignin and graphene powder by using an agitator to obtain mixed powder; (C) putting mixed powder into a steamer, steaming at 90-110 degrees C for 4-5 hours to maintain its moisture content to 60-0% to obtain slurry; (D) mixing slurry with acrylic polymer resin with a stirrer to maintain its moisture content to 60-70 wt.% to obtain mixed material; (E) sintering obtained mixed material, molding in mold, and baking at 500-800 degrees C to obtain baked material; (F) cooling baked material naturally at room temperature for 20-24 hours to obtain cooled material; and (G) pulverizing cooled material by using pulverizer to obtain final product having certain particle size.
