▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A cysteine detection sensor consists of glass carbon electrode modified with copper-phen-dione-electrically reduced graphene oxide complex containing electrochemically reduced graphene oxide, copper and 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione. USE - Sensor for detecting cysteine in sample e.g. blood, serum, urine and saliva (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor has excellent reproducibility, and effectively enables detection of cysteine even when contained in small amount. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of sensor, which involves casting graphene oxide suspension on a glass carbon electrode, drying to form graphene oxide/glass carbon electrode, electrochemically reducing by applying a potential, casting and drying 1,10-phenanthroline ethanol solution, preparing phene-dione complex on the reduced graphene oxide attached to the glass carbon electrode by electrochemically oxidizing the electrode, and immersing in a copper sulfate solution.
