▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing electrode material composite, comprises (i) mixing the transition metal precursor and graphene oxide in a solvent; (ii) sulfiding the mixture in the presence of ethanol to obtain a transition metal sulfide/graphene oxide composite and (iii) thermally treating the transition metal sulfide in a reducing atmosphere through a carbo-thermal process to make the transition metal sulfide. USE - The composite is useful for a sodium secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the crystallinity of graphene oxide by a thermal carbonization process to secure the electrical conductivity of the composite; increases the electrode surface area and ionic conductivity by nanoizing the sulfide attached to the composite.
