NOVELTY - Biomimetic and anticariogenic agent comprises (a) autogenous dentin, (b) autogenous cement, (c) autogenous enamel, (d) phosphoproteins, (e) salivary proteins (proteins rich in proline, staterin and histatin, cystatin, cathelysins, α defensin (all groups), β defensin (all groups), lactoferrin), (f) dentin phosphoprotein (DPP), (g) aspartate-serine-serine (8DSS), (h) leucine, (i) calcium sodium phosphosilicate, (j) sodium trimetaphosphate (STMP), (k) thymoquinone, (l) threonine amino acid, (m) mucin glycoprotein, and (n) at least one of the boron compounds that provide anticariogenic properties. USE - The agent is used for preventing caries remineralization, dental caries and dental erosion. No biological data given. ADVANTAGE - The agent has prophylactic effect, restores and remineralizes the lost mineral tissue, thus restoring the original tooth tissue to its original state and function, provides high biocompatibility and remineralization, while replacing the tissue lost during the demineralization phase. The agent reduces dental calculus and bad breath.
