NOVELTY - A metal substrate graphene modified anticorrosive paint comprises component (A) and component (B) in weight ratio of 100:(25-35). The component (A) comprises 40-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. modified graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. pigment, 15-20 pts. wt. co-solvent, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. foam killer, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. anti-settling agent and 0.5-1 pt. wt. dispersant. The component (B) comprises 50-60 pts. wt. methylated amino resin, 25-35 pts. wt. phenol-formaldehyde amine and 20-30 pts. wt. co-solvent. USE - Metal substrate graphene modified anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The metal substrate graphene modified anticorrosive paint is economical, prepared by simple method with low energy consumption and environmentally-friendly, and has improved mechanical strength, anti-friction performance, salt spray resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, impact resistance and construction adaptability, quick-drying effect and shortened construction period. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of metal substrate graphene modified anticorrosive paint, which involves mixing 10 pts. wt. graphene with mixed acid solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid in volume ratio of 3:1, mechanically stirring for 12 hours under ice bath conditions, then adding 20-30 pts. wt. potassium permanganate and 80-90 pts. wt. deionized water, heating at 80-90 degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours, reacting, filtering, then washing with deionized water to neutral, vacuum drying at 85 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide, dispersing graphene oxide in absolute ethanol and transferring to the reaction vessel, then adding 10-20 pts. wt. 3-ureidopropyltrimethoxysilane and stirring, refluxing the reaction mixture for 12 hours, separately washing obtained mixture with water, ethanol and methanol, and lyophilizing to obtain functionalized graphene oxide, dissolving 10-15 pts. wt. zinc sulfate in 50-60 pts. wt. methanol solvent, then adding 5-10 pts. wt. functionalized graphene oxide, heating at 50 degrees C, stirring for 30 minutes, cooling to room temperature and filtering to obtain modified graphene, mixing epoxy resin, modified graphene, pigment, co-solvent, foam killer, leveling agent, anti-settling agent, dispersant, methylated amino resin, phenol-formaldehyde amine and co-solvent and stirring.
