NOVELTY - Graphene-containing polypropylene masterbatch comprises 60-70 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 10-20 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene powder, 20-40 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-20 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-aging masterbatch, 1-5 pts. wt. flame retardant and/or 1-5 pts. wt. additives. USE - As graphene-containing polypropylene masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch has excellent anti-aging property, does not occur in the production process, improves the quality of the masterbatch and hiding power and coloring power of the product, is economical and improves the dispersibility of the pigment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the masterbatch involving (i) placing the dispersant, carbon black and graphene powder into a mixer for stirring and mixing, and placing the mixture after stirring into a sand mill for grinding, where the average particle size of the abrasive particles is 0.8-1 mu m, the surfactant and the abrasive are mixed, and the mixing time is 10-20 minutes, (ii) adding the milled product mixed in the step (i), polypropylene resin and additives to the high mixer, and mixing for 5-10 minutes at normal temperature and adding anti-aging masterbatch and flame retardant to the high-speed mixer for high-speed mixing for 10-20 minutes, (iii) extruding the mixture after the mixing process in the step (ii) through a screw through the die hole of the extruder, extruding the polymer strip by the extruder, cooling into a solid state by circulating water or air, using a fan to blow dry the water on the polymer material strip and drying and (iv) cutting the dried polymer strips in the step (iii) to obtain plastic particles, passing the plastic particles through a vibrating screen to remove the plastic particles that do not meet the particle size requirements to obtain the finished product.
