NOVELTY - Graphene oxide/polypropylene foamed bead comprises 86-92 wt.% copolymerized polypropylene, 0.5-2 wt.% graphene oxide masterbatch, 1-5 wt.% black mother, 0.5-5 wt.% nucleating agent and 0.5-2 wt.% foaming auxiliary, where the graphene oxide masterbatch comprises 1-5 wt.% graphene oxide, 5-15 wt.% maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene and 80-94 wt.% copolymerized polypropylene. USE - As graphene oxide/polypropylene foamed bead. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/polypropylene foamed bead has excellent antistatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene oxide/polypropylene foam beads comprising (a) melting graphene oxide, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene and antioxidant to form a mixed melt, and mixing the mixed melt with a copolymer polypropylene melt to prepare graphene oxide masterbatch, (b) mixing copolymer polypropylene, graphene oxide masterbatch, black masterbatch, nucleating agent and foaming aid, and extruding to produce polypropylene particles, (c) adding water, dispersant, dispersing aid and the polypropylene particles to the autoclave in sequence, passing high-pressure carbon dioxide fluid and heating the autoclave body, and when the temperature reaches the predetermined temperature and the pressure reaches the predetermined pressure, releasing the pressure from the autoclave, crushing to prepare foamed beads, dehydrating and drying, and (d) taking the expanded beads into the autoclave, passing high-pressure air load, and passing the loaded expanded beads into a secondary foaming machine for secondary foaming to obtain secondary foamed beads.
