▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High molecular weight polyethylene-graphene microsphere complex masterbatch comprises high fluidity microsphere with core-shell structure, where the shell is graphene and core is fluoropolymer microsphere. USE - Used as high molecular weight polyethylene-graphene microsphere complex masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch contains fluoropolymer in microsphere providing good melt processing liquidity, and contains graphene having good dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high molecular weight polyethylene-graphene microsphere complex masterbatch comprising (i) grinding fluoropolymer to powder with grain diameter of 2 mu m, adding surfactant, dispersing at high speed, and obtaining dispersed fluoropolymer particle, (ii) spheroidizing using spheroidization device which is spherical reactor, with middle part oppositely provided with two feeding nozzles A and B, condensing and collecting chamber at the bottom, and set with laser heater, applying high pressure gas to make it completely scattered from the nozzle A, entering into the spheroidizing device in atomized form, applying high pressure gas on graphene, exerting to make it completely scattered from the nozzle B, entering into the spheroidizing device in an atomized form, dispersing fluoropolymer in particulate form in the spheroidization device, softening and spheriodizing particle surface by laser heating and fast air flow, dispersing the surface of the microparticles to form microspheres with the graphene layer as the shell and the fluoropolymer as the core, (iii) dropping instantaneously microsphere obtained in the step (ii) in a condensation chamber set at the bottom of spheroidizing device, cyclone condensing with high-speed and collecting to obtain the masterbatch.
