NOVELTY - Improving soil quality by quality restoration method, comprises e.g. washing vermiculite with water, drying, placing into crucible, calcining in muffle furnace to obtain expanded vermiculite, conveying into ferric chloride solution for stirring treatment, washing with water, and drying, conveying treated expanded vermiculite into expansion chamber, setting temperature, increasing pressure, reducing pressure in puffing chamber, removing vacuum, heat soaking, conveying graphene in graphite emulsion, stirring to obtain modified graphene, expanding vermiculite blending treatment of modified graphene, blending, reacting, washing and drying to obtain puffed repair agent, mixing soil to be treated with swelling restoration agent, centrifuging and drying to obtain treated soil, conveying biomass carbon into carbonization furnace for carbonization treatment, and conveying into deionized water for ultrasonic dispersion, allowing to stand and naturally drying to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for improving soil quality by quality restoration method. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides uniform microporous structure on surface, increases porosity, improves adsorption effect of heavy metals in soil, and improves repairing effect of repairing agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for improving soil quality by quality restoration method comprises (i) (a) washing vermiculite with water, drying at 50-60℃ for 10-12 hours, placing into crucible, and calcining in muffle furnace at 800-810℃ to obtain expanded vermiculite, conveying into ferric chloride solution for stirring treatment, stirring at 100-200 revolutions/minutes for 20-30 minutes, completing stirring, washing with water, and drying, (b) conveying treated expanded vermiculite into expansion chamber, setting temperature in expansion chamber to 30-40℃, increasing pressure to 5 MPa, keeping for 1-2 minutes, reducing pressure in puffing chamber to vacuum state, keeping for 3-4 minutes, removing vacuum, and heat soaking, (c) conveying graphene in graphite emulsion, stirring for 20-30 minutes at 200-300 revolutions/minutes to obtain modified graphene, and (d) expanding vermiculite blending treatment of modified graphene at 1000-1500 revolutions/minutes, blending at 80-90℃ for 50-60 minutes, reacting, washing and drying to obtain puffed repair agent, (ii) mixing soil to be treated with swelling restoration agent, mixing at 100-200 revolutions/minutes for 10 minutes, washing with water, centrifuging and drying to obtain treated soil, (iii) conveying biomass carbon into carbonization furnace for carbonization treatment, and conveying into deionized water for ultrasonic dispersion for 10-20 minutes with ultrasonic power of 50-150 W, adding organic agent, continue stirring at 100 revolutions/minutes for 20 minutes, and finally washing with water and drying to obtain biomass, and (iv) mixing biomass with soil treated, allowing to stand for 10-15 days with humidity of 10-20%, and naturally drying to obtain product.
