NOVELTY - A reduction-oxidation graphene-nickel-platinum nano-cluster super-molecule composite material comprises a graphene oxide and nickel double super-molecular complex for reaction or processing after the reaction with the chloroplatinic acid and/or potassium tetrachloroplatinate for reduction treatment. USE - Reduction-oxidation graphene-nickel-platinum nano-cluster super-molecule composite material for preparing methanol fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduction-oxidation graphene-nickel-platinum nano-cluster super-molecule composite material can be prepared with high electric catalytic oxidation activity to methanol, high stability and strong tolerance in simple, convenient and easy manner.
