NOVELTY - Composite conductive powder comprises 30-60 pts. wt. graphene powder, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 10-30 pts. wt. conductive carbon black and 10-20 pts. wt. dispersant. The graphene powder body is prepared by crystalline flake graphite or expanded graphite. The carbon nano-tube is multi-walled carbon nano-tube or single-walled carbon nano-tube. The dispersant is lecithin, polyvinyl alcohol or polyvinyl pyrrolidone. USE - The conductive powder is used for lithium ion battery oil, aqueous material, improving battery initial capacity and multiplying power performance, portable electronic device, electric automobile, space technology and national defense industry. ADVANTAGE - The composite powder material has good dispersibility, is not easy to agglomerate, does not contain solvent, so there is no need to use by baking volatilizing solvent NMP, reducing the cost and reducing the subsequent preparation process; and the operation is more convenient for industrial mass production. It has good conductivity than the single carbon nano tube, so the adding amount is lower than the carbon nanotube.
