NOVELTY - Antistatic coating comprises 100 pts. wt. PVC paste resin, 0-50 pts. wt. chlorine vinegar paste resin, 2-8 pts. wt. stabilizer, 2-10 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1-5 pts. wt. stearic acid and 80-400 pts. wt. graphene slurry comprising 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 100 pts. wt. plasticizer and 0.5-5 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, where the coating does not contain solvent. USE - The antistatic coating is useful for forming PVC antistatic material. ADVANTAGE - The coating effectively improves the mechanical properties of the substrates, forms thin coating, and reduces the production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the coating, involving (a) grinding graphene, carbon nanotubes, plasticizer and polyvinylpyrrolidone, and mixing to obtain the graphene slurry, (b) mixing the above-mentioned components to obtain the coating; and (2) a PVC antistatic material comprising PVC substrate and the above-mentioned coating on the surface of the substrate.
