NOVELTY - Graphene anticorrosive coating comprises 40-60 %mas polyurethane, 0.1-0.5 %mass graphene powder, 1-3 %mass aniline, 10-20 %mass zinc powder, 5-10 %mass filler, 0.5-2 %mass dispersant, 5-10 %mass curing agent, 0.5-2 %mass leveling agent, 0.5-2 %mass defoamer and 10-20 %mass deionized water. USE - As graphene anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high anticorrosive effect of the existing anticorrosive coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating, involving (a) adding graphene powder to the hydrochloric acid solution and placing it in an ultrasonic disperser for ultrasonic dispersion for 1-2 hours, uniformly dispersing, adding aniline, uniformly stirring and mixing at 0-5 degrees C to obtain a mixed solution, dissolving the oxidant in the hydrochloric acid solution, adding the oxidant hydrochloric acid solution to the mixed solution, uniformly stirring and mixing at 0-5 degrees C, then adding zinc powder, reacting for 3-5 hours, centrifuging and washing to obtain graphene/zinc/polyaniline composite material, (b) uniformly mixing polyurethane, filler, dispersant, defoamer and portion of deionized water, adding leveling agent and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed solution (A), (c) heating the modified polyamide curing agent in an oven to 90 degrees C, keeping it for 10-30 minutes, and then adding the remaining deionized water, uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a mixed solution (B), and (d) uniformly mixing and stirring the mixed liquid (A) and the mixed liquid (B) to obtain a graphene anticorrosive coating.
