DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: a method for manufacturing blade, which involves applying first layer by Wood nickel strike, applying second layer by Watts nickel plating, applying abrasive with tack portion of the matrix and applying further portion of the matrix without further abrasive; and#a method for applying abrasive system to blade tip, which involves applying strike layer, applying interlayer after the applying of the strike layer and applying abrasive layer having matrix and abrasive partially embedding in the matrix, interlayer is tougher or more ductile than strike layer and the abrasive layer matrix.
