NOVELTY - The graphene electric heating module (1) comprises a heat conducting plate (2), a graphene electric heating film (3), and a sealing element (4), which are placed in the order. The heat conductive plate is provided with a liquid outlet (5) and a liquid inlet (6). The graphene electric heating film is provided on the heat conductive plate, and the sealing element. The sealing element seals out the outer periphery of the liquid inlet. The graphene electric heating module includes a heat dissipation plate (7), a second seal. The heat conducting plate is provided with a liquid outlet, a liquid inlet and a heating area. The area is located in the central area of the heat conducting plate.
