▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene involves using sulfate-reducing bacteria Desulfovibrio vulgaris and iron-reducing bacteria Shewanella putrefaciens CN200 for reduction in alkaline anaerobic conditions. The graphene is obtained by using bio-catalytic reduction of graphene oxide which includes activating Desulfovibrio vulgaris and Shewanella putrefaciens CN200, culturing, centrifuging, and collecting cells. The graphene oxide is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion, until completely dissolved to obtain transparent pale brown suspension. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene with high performance in simple, cost-effective, and eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene involves using sulfate-reducing bacteria Desulfovibrio vulgaris and iron-reducing bacteria Shewanella putrefaciens CN200 for reduction in alkaline anaerobic conditions. The sulfate-reducing bacteria and iron-reducing bacteria are mixed with a suspension of graphene oxide in alkaline anaerobic conditions to obtain final product.
