NOVELTY - A high intensity light curing coating comprises 55-65 pts. wt. dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate, 10-15 pts. wt. ethylene vinyl acetate resin, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 3-5 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 7-12 pts. wt. ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. anti-settling agent, and 1-1.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - High intensity light curing coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high hardness and strength, good abrasion resistance, weathering resistance, aging resistance, film toughness, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and strong flexibility.
