NOVELTY - The device has a drive circuit substrate. Electrode pins (101) are arranged in part of the surface of the driving circuit substrate. The surface of the electrode pin is provided with an LED light-emitting device. The remaining area of the surface of the driving circuit substrate is provided with a first heat dissipation layer. The surface of the first heat dissipation layer and the surface of the LED light-emitting device are provided with a second heat dissipation layer. The surface of the second heat dissipation layer is provided with a third heat dissipation layer. The surface of the third heat dissipation layer is provided with a fourth heat dissipation layer. The first heat dissipation layer includes aluminum powder and graphene. The second heat dissipation layer is silicon carbide. The third heat dissipation layer is silicon nitride. The fourth heat dissipation layer is silicon oxide. USE - The LED display device is useful in organic LED (OLED) display device, plasma display panel (PDP) device, field emission display (FED) device and organic electroluminescence (EL) display. ADVANTAGE - The LED display device has uniform heat field and primary radiating effect; avoids the heat centralized in the LED emitting device; improves the radiating efficiency; reduces the gap between the graphene layer and reduces the phonon scattering; increases the compactness; and increases the thermal conductivity of the material.
