NOVELTY - The yarn has an outer fiber filament (103) surrounding a fiber bundle (102), where the fibre bundle is formed by twisting a filament fiber (101). A section of the outer fiber filament is abnormal. An outer surface the outer fiber filament is provided with a groove. The filament fibre is formed by mixing 20 % to 80 % of terephthalamide fibre and 80 % to 20 % of flame retardant acrylic fibre. The outer fibre filament is formed by 95-99.9wt%, aramid fiber and 0.1-5 weight percent of oxidized graphene. A groove width of a surface of the outer fibre filament is set to be equivalent to a diameter of the filament fiber. USE - Flame-retardant and wear-resistant functional yarn. ADVANTAGE - The yarn has excellent fire resistance, lubricity and wear resistance, and improves the mechanical performance of the yarn.
