NOVELTY - Heavy-duty anti-corrosion aqueous paint comprises 10-30 pts. wt. modified acrylic resin, 1-5 pts. wt. fluorine-containing copolymer, 1-3 pts. wt. modified grapheme, 1-3 pts. wt. filler, 0.5-3 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.01-0.50 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.01-0.50 pt. wt. tackifier, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 0.05-0.50 pt. wt. initiator, 0.5-2.50 pt. wt. oxidant, 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. anti-flocculation pigment, 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. wetting agent, 0-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as heavy-duty anticorrosive aqueous paint. ADVANTAGE - The heavy-duty anticorrosive aqueous paint: contains modified acrylic resin, which can determine the chemical drying property of the paint film and improve the water resistance of the paint film; contains fluorine-containing copolymers, which can make aqueous paints have excellent weather resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance; contains modified graphene, which prevents corrosion factors e.g. water and oxygen from penetrating into the interface between the coating and the substrate, destroying the bonding force between the substrate and the coating, and simultaneously adapts to more complex substrate surfaces, increases the bonding force of the aqueous paint and the substrate, and acts in synergy with the first auxiliary agent to make the paint film have better sealing performance; contains fillers, which can make it work synergistically with the modified graphene to ensure the adhesion between the aqueous paint and the substrate; has excellent adhesion to the substrate and has excellent corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing heavy-duty anticorrosive aqueous paint, comprising (1) mixing modified acrylic resin, fluorine-containing copolymer, modified graphene, filler, plasticizer, dispersant, tackifier, auxiliary agent and anti-aging agent to obtain the first slurry; (2) mixing the first slurry obtained in the step (1) with an initiator to perform a polymerization reaction to obtain a second slurry; (3) mixing the second slurry obtained in the step (2) with deionized water to obtain a third slurry; (4) filtering the third slurry obtained in the step (3), and cooling the filtered solid to room temperature to obtain an aqueous resin; (5) mixing the aqueous resin obtained in the step (4) with the deflocculating pigment and the wetting agent to obtain the fourth slurry; and (6) grinding the fourth slurry obtained in the step (5) to obtain final product.
