NOVELTY - Preparing thermally conductive graphene film comprises (i) placing the pre-obtained powdered graphene raw materials into the preparation device, and then starting the preparation device, preheating the preparation device, reaching the predetermined temperature, starting the preparation device to obtain graphene film, and (ii) removing the graphene film produced in the step (i) from the second conveyor belt and winding on the product roll, passing the inspection, sending to the warehouse for storing. The preparation device includes a main box. The main box is rotatably installed with roller one and roller two. The first roller is the same size as the second roller. The first roller and the second roller are equipped with a high-temperature-resistant conveyor belt one. The conveyor belt one is provided with uniformly distributed tiny holes. The roller one is located on the left side of the main box. The first roller is located on the right side of the second roller. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermally conductive graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method: can continuously prepare graphene film; can easily taken off the obtained film; avoids the film damage too much in the carrier separation process; reduces the separation difficulty; and improves the working efficiency. The preparation device includes a main box. The main box is rotatably installed with roller one and roller two. The first roller is the same size as the second roller. The first roller and the second roller are equipped with a high-temperature-resistant conveyor belt one. The surface of the conveyor belt one is coated with a silica coating. The conveyor belt one is provided with uniformly distributed tiny holes. The roller one is located on the left side of the main box. The first roller is located on the right side of the second roller. The first roller and the second roller are in contact with the main box only through the rotating shaft. Gathering box is installed in the main box. The upper part of the conveyor belt one penetrates the gathering box. The gathering box is located between the first roller and the second roller. Raw material spray head and a blowing plate are installed in the gathering box.
