NOVELTY - Preparing silicone graphene conductive composite material comprises e.g. (i) mixing 5-8 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 1-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 4-6 pts. wt. polymethylmethacrylate, 3-5 pts. wt. polyimide and 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent in vacuum furnace at high-temperature, (ii) injecting polymer solution into twin-screw extruder, extruding, compression molding, demolding, drying at room temperature, (iii) immersing polymer body in graphene oxide solution, infiltrating and drying at low temperature, and (iv) drying surface of embryoid body spraying dimethyl silicone oil, baking and curing. USE - The method is useful for preparing silicone graphene conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent electrical property, elasticity and ductility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silicone graphene conductive composite material comprises (i) mixing 5-8 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 1-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 4-6 pts. wt. polymethylmethacrylate, 3-5 pts. wt. polyimide and 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent in vacuum furnace at high-temperature, where furnace vacuum pressure is 8 asterisk 10-3-5 asterisk 10(-2) Pa, the reaction temperature is 700-800 degrees C, sustained reaction time is 2-3 hours, (ii) injecting polymer solution into twin-screw extruder, extruding, compression molding, demolding, drying at room temperature, (iii) immersing polymer body in graphene oxide solution, infiltrating and drying at low temperature, and (iv) drying the surface of embryoid body spraying dimethyl silicone oil, baking and curing to obtain finished product.
